COVID-19 UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS

ALL AUCTIONS NOW ONLINE ONLY & VIEWING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Due to the recent advice from both government and health authorities, all Manheim auctions will temporarily be conducted online only, until further notice. For the most part our regular auction schedule will be remain, with physical auctions held as Simulcast only and BidNow auctions running as normal.

Online bidding
To bid online you must be a Manheim Member. It’s free to register, if you’re not already a Member you can Click here to register. Once you’re registered you can go straight to Simulcast here or find the auction you’re interested in first at Manheim.com.au and follow the prompts.

Viewing
Onsite inspections are still welcomed by appointment only and subject to a temperature check, please contact your local Manheim location to organise an appointment. All assets will be locked and no vehicle owner manuals can be inspected. Virtual walkaround video calls are available for cars in BidNow auctions. Please contact the sites on the numbers below to organise a virtual walkaround.

Collection
Vehicles and assets can be collected as normal. Please note waiting times might vary as we follow new procedures, including temperature checks, to keep you and our employees safe.

Temperature checks
Staff and visitors will have their temperature checked every time they enter a Manheim site. The checks are quick, easy, no-contact and are a condition of entry. Anyone with a temperature above 37.3 will not be allowed to enter. This procedure is critical in ensuring everyone on site can operate in a safe and healthy manner.

Payment
Payment will only be accepted via bank transfer, EFTPOS or credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted.
We have hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available at all sites and have increased the level and frequency of cleaning services at all of our premises.

We will continuously assess and respond to COVID-19 – with a particular focus on our staff and customers and our clients. We are constantly monitoring developments from government and health authorities to ensure we are doing everything possible to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on all of us.
